Product Buying Policy

  • If you are buying Ultra Mobile Sim card from us then you agree and understand that these sim cards must be activated and funded with Ultra Mobile plan within 45 days of purchase.
  • Attention Wireless Retailers:--

    We have 30 days return policy for Ultra Mobile & AT&T SIM cards. These items must be in original packaging and unused. We are not able to offer any returns or exchanges after 30 days. All smartphones and accessories have 14 days return policy. you must contact us for any return and exchanges for phones & accessories within 14 days from the date of order placed. all items must be in original packaging and unused.

    EZKonnect is a retailer and not liable for service issues from the carrier. If you encounter any service issues, please work directly with the carrier.

  • EZKonnect only allows max 5 SIM card purchase per order per end consumer. Your order will be cancelled if you purchase more than 5 SIM cards with any order.
  • Please make sure that you provide complete shipping address and phone number where we can reach out to you to confirm the order. Any information missing would result in cancellation of the order.
  • All Ultra Mobile Sim cards purchased through EZKonnect can be activated either by calling our customer service at 1-888-391-4405 or by submitting request at our web site or by calling Ultra Mobile customer service.
  • Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline EZKonnect ships all items within two days of receiving order You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

Product Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Refill Cards & Refill Pins
  • New Activation or Port in Activation Orders

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to Ultra Mobile.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and contact us send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Undelivered/Lost in Transit Packages

EZKonnect will reship all orders free of cost to customers if order is undelivered/Lost in transit due to shipping carriers failure. A shipping address verification will be required to be completed by customer to reship another package to customer.
